BUCKEYE FAN...

At the bank yesterday, and the guy helping me noticed the wife and I were wearing Clemson.
He said he was a Buckeye fan, and in between working on our banking, he tried to talk football. Said we had a pretty good team but just needed to quit "Clemsoning" and we might get to the finals this year.
Without a second to even think about it, I said "We only "Clemsoned" one time 3 years ago. We sure weren't "Clemsoning" when we beat your a$$ in the Orange Bowl a couple of years back!". Not sure who all in the bank heard me.
That was the last we talked about football.

As opposed to them losing twice to the lowly acc in back to back games. Not to mention one was against VT. Of course we beat them with a wide receiver playing qb, so that doesn't really count either. Seems to me they have choked twice here.

Buckeye fans are a lot like USuCk fans

except they have a trophy case to back up their talk. They are an insufferable bunch. A friend and former colleague of mine argued with me last year before conference championship games that his beloved OSU should be in the playoffs instead of FSU. They all thought that, just because FSU was barely winning games. Never mind the fact that they were undefeated for 2 straight seasons, returning national champs, and barely beating teams from a lowly conference that had handed OSU 2 out of their last 3 losses.
The Buckeyes are one of the few teams where, if playing head to head, I'd root for USuCk to beat them.

Never have to make up stories. Idiots everywhere!! The wife would be glad to corroborate.

I have a neighbor that is from Ohio that we call "Yankee" and he is a Buckeye fan. Every time he says something negative about CLEMSON, I remind him who kicked their azzes the last 2 times we have played them. Shuts the nutcase up in a quick moment.
