Calling all Dark Tower fans...

Anyone read Wind Through the Keyhole yet? What are you impressions? I just finished it and I thought it was interesting to read another book set in that world, but nothing will ever make up for how the series ended in my eyes.

I've been wanting to go back and re-read the series since it's been 5 or more years since I've been through it.
I understand why people were upset with how the series ended but personally, I loved the ending. I'm reading through 11/22/63 (it's excellent, by the way) and there are a lot of parallels with how the DT series ended and how 11/22/63 handles its plot, I think.

***SPOILER ALERT***
I'm not convinced that Roland is trapped in some kind of endless wheel. It seemed to me that since at the end of the book, when he was starting his journey to catch the man in black again, he had the Horn of Eld and that would change the outcome the next time he made it back to the Dark Tower. It just left me feeling like the end hadn't come yet and we were just supposed to come up with our own ending, or how the tower and journey would be different now that Roland had the Horn of Eld.

to start with. I recall an ending then him saying, "Stop, this is where I meant for it to end. People got mad at me so I wrote more."
I also want to know if the fingers came back. I figured that odd sense Roland had to react to stuff before it happened was because at least part of his mind had been there before.
