I’ve always been a Clemson fan/sports fan but I have to say my interest in and appreciation of Soccer increased by about 200% after watching the Tigers beat ND and then win the Natty. I’ll be paying more attention in the future.

I don’t find soccer interesting to watch BUT I was so excited that they won the national championship! It was fantastic for our school and I’m so proud of them. Any national championship we win is a big deal and an honor. We won 2 in soccer in the 80’s when I was a student and even then I didn’t attend the games due to no interest in soccer but I always want all of our sports teams to do well.

I loved playing soccer as I’ve always loved every ball sport. I got certified to coach Soccer when I was at Coastal Carolina my 1st 2 years in college, we played & coached a lot to get the certification.

Watching Soccer unless I’m coaching or playing is really boring to me.

My daughter played & was a great athlete normally the best player on the field but she could care less about soccer. It’s rare to see someone so good but she cared more about discussion with the other teams players than playing but was incredible two seconds later she was scoring a goal.

She was the same way about softball too...lol

We didn’t push her because she didn’t really want to play but her friends wanted her to play..

I love watching the last 15-20 minutes of a close soccer game. At the men’s soccer college level once you get a 2 goal lead it’s normally over & to me that’s what makes it boring.

I love the drama of a game coming down to penalty kicks, no matter who’s playing.
