CFP lineup is worst possible for ESecPN

Big10 has a deal with Fox/CBS/NBC. PAC12 has a deal with ESPN/Fox. That deal ends on July 1st, 2024.
I'm sure that the honchos behind the curtain were salivating at a title game that featured SEC and SEC-to-be teams. Both go down. Now, PAC12 has increased prestige heading to the negotiating table (if it makes it that far), and the Big10 contract that leaves ESecPN on the sidelines is more valuable to advertisers.
Best outcome given the teams on the board.

There is no PAC conference to negotiate with. ESPN was already letting them leave for AppleTV before the conference broke up.

Overall, I think ESPN is pretty happy with the present. Michigan v Washington imho will bring in better ratings than Alabama v Texas.
Alabama v Michigan was a monster in the ratings and the second game was solid. ESPN is feeling very good about last night and the prospects for this upcoming Monday.
Washington winning does nothing for the remaining PAC2 members. What we have is an all B1G final. Good for them, Washington addition already paying dividends ..sort of

No sort of. Either way, this coming season, fox can advertise all season match-up v reigning national champion... then maybe they schedule a rematch in season. Tons of storylines with Nebraska stealing the QB .
Fox will be airing osu-Washington and ABC will be featuring TAM v Mizzou. It may not mean more then. Then again, it may just force sec and espn to counter adding Clemson and FSU. Because esecpn sure doesn't want fox to air an in conference match-up between FSU v usc

ABC will be showing Alabama/Texas, or Georgia/Oklahoma during Ohio St/Washington.

So with the dissolution of the PAC whatever it is called now does UW get to keep all the winnings?

SEC teams as they can. And probably will do it every other year after that just so they can fund the conference out of oblivion.
Can you imagine the amount of money they get pumped into that conference every year with CFP bonus money if they have 5-6 teams in it every year. Whats the max amount of teams from one conference that can get in? I bet they max it out 9 of the next 10 years.
