While we’re in the soccer spirit

Name some of your favorite clubs! I’m a Liverpool supporter, haven’t missed a game in about 6 years. Anfield is a surreal experience and atmosphere, although much different than CFB atmosphere.
What’s your club?

Very nice, a loyal west brom fan. Enjoyed watching them under Pulis
What’s your opinion on Jose’s tenure so far?

But i think need to stick with him. Can't be changing managers all the time.
and I am fairly happy West Brom's season so are. Fulham and Bournemouth starting to scuffle after really hot starts.

Fulham is a yo-yo club at this point, like Norwich. Would like to see west brom and possibly Blackburn back in the premier league.
Agree on the Roma situation. Completely different job than Tottenham and could threaten Serie A in a few years with his guys

I used to be a big Jose supporter but after his second stint with the Blues, and watching him with Manchester United, I soured on him. I'd doubt he'll last three years but maybe he's good in Serie A. He took Inter to the top of the Champions League, after all.

Inter and Porto! “The special one” will always have a great legacy even though he hasn’t produced like the past. His Chelsea run was nothing to be discounted either

Arsenal. Had two friends in high school whose parents were both from Manchester. That was 16 years ago, and I was hooked instantly. Started following French national team in 2006 world cup. A lot of them played for/were playing for Arsenal. The rest is history.

USA national team is looking like it’s brightest days are ahead of them. A really good young squad with many European players

Puli just might turn out to be America’s best player ever. I consider Tim Howard the best at this point

I adopted Arsenal a few years back. Very inconsistent. Went to a Liverpool game and 1 other International game in Charlotte and those fans are crazy. Besides Clemson- Ga and a Panther playoff game against Seattle those soccer games were the biggest crowds I had ever witnessed in Bank of America. Liverpool apparently has a big following in the US. They were numerous.

YNWA man. I've been a Liverpool supporter for about 8-9 years now. Watch about all of the games and can't wait to visit Anfield one day! Up the Redmen!

I follow a few college women's teams mostly because my brother is a coach. Know way to much about smaller schools in the NE.
After that it is only the Tigers and the US team.
I find professional soccer a bit less interesting. MLS is at least *better* to watch but the product isnt as good (thus better to watch). DC united.
Otherwise, Liverpool, Barca, and whomever is playing against AC Milan (brother's favorite) or ManU. But really, I just follow the summary, to sterile to watch otherwise.

In the 80’s, straight out of school, I worked for a uniform supplier with pro and national teams. Became a huge fan of what became the EPL. Current faves, Liverpool, Arsenal, West Ham.
Best soccer buddies at Clemson were raised in Brazil and Italy, respectively, do I became a fan of sides in those countries, specifically, Corinthians ((BR) and AC Milan (IT).
My coach growing up was a former player for Ajax(Holland). I’ve had short term favorites, like Bayern Munich, over the years.
In response to the 2 goal question earlier, imagine scoring early on Georgia In Death Valley, going up a second score, and playing the rest of the game only coming close - while knowing that every time Georgia gets they ball, they have the capability of scoring. That’s how a two goal lead feels.
