CK has had solid coaching and superior competition..........

many times in these All Star games, QBs struggle because they have been playing against typical HS players all year and they are not quite ready for the increased physicality of the eleven 4 and 5 starss on defense at the same time. CK was clearly comfortable with this competition and by far the best QB on the field today. The stage was in no way too big. Obviously, he is a special player but you can tell he has had played against the best in the state of TX.

This is just one All Star game but we've seen his film. This kid has IT........if he continues to progress, he will start DAY 1.

He is mentally ready to play this game. He needs time to learn the playbook and to put on some more weight but I believe in him and know that he will do whatever it takes to get on the field as early as the coaches will let him. I don't want him getting hurt because he isn't ready. It killed me to see Will Taylor get hurt this season.

knows he needs to hit the weight room hard as soon as he gets here, to make the successful jump to the college level without getting hurt. Being a midyear enrollee helps there, a bunch.
