We bumped back up to 26 after last night's results.
Miami dropped like a brick from 77 to 91 after getting walloped by Duke. That didn't impact their quad grouping - still Q2 away/Q3 home. But, it did essentially eliminate the chance of them bumping back up into the top 75, which is the threshold for the next quad up.
Other than Miami, was not much significant movement in the rankings for our opponents.
We are still firmly in the NCAAT with little risk of dropping out of the projections at this point, barring a catastrophic collapse in the next few weeks. Prior to last night's win, we were a consensus 5-seed and included in all 106 projections tracked by bracketmatrix. Other notable seed projections:
UNC (2) Bama (3) Duke (3) Kentucky (5, likely sliding down after last night's loss to LSU) Coots (7) TCU (8) Virginia (9) Boise St (10) Wake (next 4 out, but many projections are from prior to their blowout of Pitt) Memphis (next 4 out) Pitt (next 4 out)
Details attached. 5 games remaining:
Quad 1: @ Wake (we jumped back over Wake by 1 spot with our win last night) Quad 2: vs Pitt Quad 3: vs FSU, @ ND, vs Cuse
