Which puts us ahead of teams with the same record, not named Boston College, in the ACC basketball standings list. This is our good fortune as it gives the illusion we are actually ranked higher than those teams, and gives us a potential advantage in tournament seeding/selection.

I'm glad somebody finally broached this subject.

California will now always be ahead of us. Also, according to the Guidelines for Alphabetical Arrangement of Letters and Sorting of Numerals and Other Symbols, TCU is a capitalized abbreviation and should be first on the list.

Clearly, this new move by the ACC was a slight against Clemson.

When I would look at scores on ESPN under the ACC Tab, we were always first, now we are second.

If I had a company called ABC Plumbing, I certainly would not go out of my way to rename it BBC Plumbing, these things are taught in marketing 101. I think Aaron's Rent to Own had this figured out long ago.
