Clemson v. Carolina game time.

Trying to logically figure out where this game might land time wise. Sitting on 2 Clemson / USC game tickets and the strong possibility that Wofford makes the NCAA Division 1AA (can't say FCS) playoffs. If at home Wofford will play at 1PM. On the road who knows. Hoping against hope that Wofford is at home and the Tigers and Gamecocks play later, much later.
For USC / Clemson
Rights go to ABC / ESPN with Clemson the home team.
12:00 Michigan / Ohio St is the national game already announced 3:30 on ABC with reverse on ESPN2 also game on ESPN historically 7:00 on ESPN 2 7:45 on ESPN 8:00 on ABC
Games played on Week 13 SoCal at home vs. Notre Dame (1 time deal gives ABC / ESPN rights to this game rather than FOX) Oregon vs. Oregon St. Florida vs. Florida St. Oklahoma St vs. Oklahoma (Fox has first right) Auburn v Alabama will be on CBS as usual. Kansas State is off this day.
So playing the most likely scenario. 12 Meechagun v. Ohio St on ABC 12 UConn v. Louisville on ESPN2 12 NCAA FCS Playoff game on the U 3:30 Florida v. FSU / Oregon v. Oregon St split ABC / ESPN2 reverse 3:30 Wisconsin vs Penn St on ESPN 3:30 Wake v. Vandy on the U 8 Notre Dame v. SoCal on ABC (ABC will not turn down the largest team draw and 2nd largest market) 7:45 – Clemson v. So Carolina on ESPN 7 Missouri v. Texas AM on ESPN 2
Thoughts ??

Clemson does not play Carolina this year (or USC). They do play the coots or SCAR which will be (most likely) at 3:30 or 7:00 PM.

the Oregon/Oregon St game is gonna be put in primetime over us....especially since they're on the west coast...I hope i'm wrong, but that's just my gut...therefore, I see us being in that 330 spot....which blows.

...starting one at 5:30 or 6pm, with a follow game from the west coast to start at 9pm. this can be done on ESPN or ESPN2.

If we must be at 3:30. That won't be horrible I guess. Atleast it will get dark during the game for the 4th quarter if it is close.

I'd like to be able to keep an eye on the thugs as they leave the stadium after an assbeating, be sure they aren't trying to deface any property.

I'd love 7:45 on espn/espn2. But would they pick mich/Ohio st. at night due to the national appeal?

Looks like primetime on ESPN2.
Nov 5, 2012, 9:09 PM
|
|
Notre Dame / USC: 8pm ABC Oregon / Oregon St.: 7pm FOX OK / OK State: 3:30 ABC Alabama / Auburn: 3:30 CBS FSU / UF: 7:45 ESPN Clemson / Coots: 7pm ESPN2
Shaping up for Gameday because of the likely records and historic magnitude of the game, plus the great storylines. However, ESPN will go with the likely SEC East Champion vs. ACC Atlantic champion on their flagship station leaving us vs. the Dirtpeckers on the Deuce.

Oregon. Nor USC. They're going to be in Clemson talking about the history of the rivalry (which for everyone else in the world is longer than three years), showing off the beautiful campus, and preparing the nation to see the SEC exposed for the overrated, top heavy conference that it's become.
