One thing that has been pointed out about our lawsuit is how it was done quietly and we filed before the ACC could file a suit against us. If I recall correctly, the ACC actually filed suit vs FSU in Mecklenburg county prior to FSU’s filing. I guess the Sunshine laws caused some of the transparency that allowed that to happen?

Anyway, I would assume Clemson and FSU will fight to keep these cases completely separate. As separate cases it’s causing the ACC to fight a two front war and spend a crapload of money to fight in court. IMO I think that will most likely factor into ESPN’s decision come Feb 2025.

This will be fun to watch. Will ultimately be settled for less than a 1/3 of what ACC wants.
