Turnpike Troubadours last night in Charlotte

was nothing short of spectacular. Those guys can sing, play, write, and put on one helluva show. The Neighborhood Theater was PACKED last night, so obviously the word is getting out there. I highly recommend going to see them before it gets really hard to get a ticket. I'll get to see them again in 3 weeks at Willie's 4th of July Picnic.

The manufacturer is so backed up that you can't order, you just have to wait. I'm not worried about getting one until I get back from Texas anyway.

it was by far the biggest crowd I've ever seen at the Neighborhood Theater, and I'd be willing to bet I've been to well over 50 shows there over the years.

They're putting put a new record in the fall. With the crowds they're drawing right now, I imagine a more wide scale tour when the new one drops.

Doc Watson/Ricky Skaggs was a great show. Tea Leaf Green was good as well. Jump Little Children did their final show there about 10 years ago.
