Maintain Dabo, Riley, Wes, Nick Eason, Reed at DB coach. Fire the rest. And hire a kicking coach.

Or at least work together on some coaches that he
would like to have and come to an agreement but
it will always be the head coach to go along or
not.I believe Dabo would agree on most.

New overall formula for head coach: Continue to recruit and develope defense out of high school and keep that unit 95% in-house. Shop the NCAA all year round and during Portal Period purchase an offense each year and have an OC nimble enough to scheme and adapt based on what you buy each year with the goal being bring half back and buy the holes in the system.
