Comparitive story

When Tommy Lasorda was the Dodgers manager, the team owner had been criticizing many of his decisions for a few weeks. So on this one particular night, the game was close, the pitcher was struggling and Lasorda asks for time out, but instead of going to the pitcher's mound he walks over the owners box, behind third base.
Lasorda looks at the owner and asks, "what should I do, change pitchers or stay with Koufax? Walter O'Malley, replied, "I'm not sure, I need time to think". Lasorda answered, "I will know what to do too boss, if I have time to think and have a copy of tomorrow's newspaper, but I have to decide RIGHT NOW, I will know exactly what I should have done after I read that paper, TOMORROW! "
If you don't get the point, I'm sorry..... but please everyone, get off Dabo's back!

All I can a say is, our QB room must have been awful for Dabo to keep selling DJ to us for two years. He is still selling him.

Probably a little easier to roll with Koufax, considering his whole body of work.

Good story, and often true... but there were about 80,000 in Clemson for the game against South Carolina that would have not needed any time to think if Dabo would have only asked their opinion on trying a new QB. Love Dabo though, and happy for all he has done to help bring us another ACC championship! Looking forward to the OB and next year.
