I know a guy in Jupiter, FL that was losing money hand over fist at his restaurant during lunch because he wasbselling burgers made from lean meat. The burger place down the street was killing him.

They were using 80/20 and the burgers had flavor. Keep a spray bottle of water handy with 73/27 burgers for the flames. They will have flavor.

I agree. Higher fat makes a better grilled burger

Ribeye is my favorite cut. But a good grilled burger suits me just as well.
