Clemson coach Dabo Swinney hit on the impact that a crowd like Saturday night can have on a game/program:
"It's never been better. It's 2022. It's amazing. I tell ya, our fans are amazing. To come around on that bus, because the players always notice when you pull around and kinda see if those upper corners are full, and I mean, it was packed. It was just an amazing energy. Just the engagement of the fans. The roar -- they were awesome. Especially in the fourth quarter man. The Valley was a factor. It is such an advantage that we have. And I mean it's amazing. All the gameday stuff, the event people that manage everything about our game experience -- it's incredible. Our players love it. The cool thing is the other teams love it. It's kinda cool to see them all pay attention to stuff. It was amazing, and an unbelievable recruiting advantage and opportunity. I hope our fans understand that. To get kids on campus and the energy from your crowd, the engagement, it makes a huge difference, it really does. It was a great night in the Valley and our fans were there. They set the tone. The Tiger Walk was awesome. You can feel the intensity from the fans and just one of those fun nights."
