The snowball seasons continue.

Dabo has been too blinded by his pride to react to the needs of the program. He still wants to run this as an underdog program, and refuses to make the strategic adjustments required for sustained success.

The program has totally lost its way.
Young Dabo and staff developed players to become more than they were recruited to be. He hired the working people for years - people who failed to develop talent.
Streeter was a failure at developing, and he stayed far too long. We are still suffering from that massive mistake. If Kade had started 5-6 games last season, he would have gotten some of these mistakes out.

New WR coach, new OL coach, and 3-5 transfers are a MUST for 2024.

Adapt or Die. So far Dabo is content with program slow death.
