- Dabo is the person that set the high expectation. BYOG. Best is the standard. After 2016 NC said it wouldn't be another 30 years (well 2018 happened kind of quick but you get my point)
- Dabo is correct he does not work for Tyler or me or you directly. However, Dabo has set expectations high and the BOT and AD will want to ensure Clemson University (still bigger than Dabo) is getting $11M a year out of their investment in Dabo. If next year and year after, there's no improvement, the CW becomes the Tiger network, and Tyler, you and I stop showing up for games, it does no matter that Dabo has worked his tail off, he'll be looking to retire in Clemson.
- Don't belittle the fan base, most of us have been bled Orange long before little Ole Dabo came to Clemson and we'll be here well after Dabo is gone.

Agreed, been packing close to 80 and even over at times in that stadium long before the 2016 Natty. What makes Dabo and others think the bandwagon has grown?

The P&L (revenue and fundraising) for the athletic department clearly shows the bandwagon grew.

OMG, I remember watching Frank Howard’s Sunday show. You guys would have run him off in year two.
Being old is one thing, having no memory of the old days is dementia. If you could remember the days before Dabo and you think everything was fine, then you should not mind ONE bad season. Of course, that requires some level of logic.
That you have some ego buried in there that thinks we would be better off without Dabo, shows that your minds are no longer functioning in reality, but that’s what assisted living is for. It’s not called assisted thinking, is it? You need others to think for you - welcome to Tnet…
What we are witnessing here is that people of all ages can become spoiled brats due to success and have no idea it happened to them. Self awareness is not a common human attribute.
To somehow think we deserve better than Dabo is a sure sign of insanity.
One sure thing, Dabo and his success bled over to the fans, so that you clowns think this is about you. SMH Pathetic…to be jealous of your own coach means you are not really fans.
Go Dabo - call these jacka$$es out - we need a large reduction in fools and a program to replace them with intelligent fans.

Have you forgotten all those years of souls searching for water expecting the likes of Hatfield, West and Bowden to lead us to the Jordan River?

everthing dabo said is true. And Tyler aint paying dabo's salary, I guarantee you that. Once he made that personal inflammatory comment, then Coach has a right to defend himself in the moment. No need to second guess dabo on this. He reacted in real time with the truth. If tyler has season tickets, then he he should feel free to donate them this year to deserving or disadvantaged youth.
