2 seasons with Jimbo has changed him so much that he doesn’t warrant a transfer offer from the Tigers?

There are two dozen things which could influence the decision to offer or not offer Nolan. Jimbo has little to do with it. For example, is he interested in Clemson, does he require upfront NIL, is he making progress academically, was he a leader at aTm or problem?
