i feel alot more confident this year than i did last year.
1. last year, we were on a downward slide,playing sloppy ball at the end of the year
2.we have won 13 straight at home
3.our offense is in year 2 of the chads system, and are hitting on all cylinders
4.our o-line play is light years better than last years edition
5. 1st night game in 2 years at home, the crowd will be electric

Tajh's comfort level with this offense

this year shows. He has been decisive all year on where to go. If the line gives him time tonight he will destroy them. They have not faced ANYTHING like this offense this year. We, on the other hand, have seen a similar D against FSU. Our D has improved a LOT since that game.

Don't forget a key factor for this game. Yeah - it's yet another excuse for the chickens, but Lattimore is not playing. Like it or not, ML was a key to making USUC a 2-dimensional threat. Shaw and their RB's do not really present enough firepower to keep those drives alive that ML did on a regular basis. Those stalled drives will make a huge difference in this game.

I think if he would have even played it would have been a tough task for them to run. Shaw will HAVE to be able to throw with some success for them to have a shot.

also, we are undefeated at home, at night, on the day after thanksgiving, in a year that ends with an even number, with a clear forecast..blah blah blah....tigers are going down tonight...not even close folks!!!!!

Year has been inconsistent. Our play, on the other hand, has been pretty consistent. I think how close this game is depends on which side of SC team we see. If they play their best we better bring our A game. I still think we win. It just changes the margin of victory. I don't think either defense will shut the other offense down.
