Sammy did not because of injury. But he did go to the meetings and walk-through etc. I remember others but I forget who.

It would be nice if T-Net media could do a post wrap on your question. It'd be interesting and popular. I don't have time to review 10000 posts and try to find it. Hopefully someone will post a link.
