So on the Roar, something about Clemson's lawsuit is very interesting. One argument Clemson has is that the ACC isn't acting on behalf of all member schools, citing their counter lawsuit against FSU; ACC didn't consult member schools' presidents etc. So if ACC decides to counter sue Clemson, do they ask for a vote from conference members, and in such give some sort of validity to that argument?
It means the ACC has a duty to care and consider the feelings of members. If they had offered hugs, it could have been a mitigating circumstance of their contributory negligence, but they did not and now Clemson has standing for an estoppel suit, should they prevail with an injunction.
