Electricity going off and on for me.

Ian went further south than expected. When it hit land it was projected for the eye to go slightly west of my house. Now, it is projected to go south of my house and east of us as it goes NE across the state. We're getting 25-35 mph winds now. Projected to be 35-40 with gusts up to 55 tomorrow.
I expect to lose power sometime during the night. Hopefully it won't be for more than a day or two.
If you don't see me posting that is why. We're safe here. Just might be inconvenienced with the loss of power.
Weather looking better for Clemson on Saturday. NCSU will have no excuses.

Thanks. We're blessed. Those folks at ground zero are the ones who got hit. The Ft. Myers area (50 miles on either side of it) are suffering major damage.
I've gone with my church on a couple of disaster relief teams in years past and helped people rebuild. I don't think either of the trips I went on saw as much devastation as Ft. Myers did.

We're fine. We're about 20 miles NW of Orlando. We'll get rain, but no flooding. We'll get wind, but nothing causing major storm damage.
We're blessed.

Went through a couple of hurricanes when I lived in Florida and SC and hopefully you stay safe. Those rascals are nothing to laugh at.
