First Wednesday in June.
Hit 3.1 this morning on the tread at OTF, some new tread/trail workout that gave us a 24 minute block on the treads. Will hopefully have a lunchtime run or an afternoon run with the dogs to celebrate as well.

A run right now. The race is end of month. This is nothing compared to you runners on the board but it has helped me to have a goal. I bring the 2 yo along in the stroller. He is excited for the race and likes to “practice.”

through a race and everyone cheering you on, then the kid reaches out and starts waving at everyone.
We SMOKED some people when my daughter was young. When we had two kids, running with a double BOB jogger was not nearly as much fun, too much wind resistance.

our street so his mom and brother will be there to cheer us on. In practice he is our "closer," which means he gets to get out of the stroller and run the last block back to the house.
