and it started in the first half when we had a nice lead.

First full game I have watched (BBall) all year. I enjoyed the effort this team gave!

No. We needed to do a few other things better and that was one of them but just that would not have gotten us there.

Excuse me… if we made our FTs at season average & gave up one less 3.

This game was winnable even with the 3s falling. We blew it by not controlling our own shooting.

Yeah. We may have been able to hang in if not for being bad at the little things like FT's, defensive gaffs, offensive rebounds from Bama, and PJ fouling out. Not much you can do when Sears can't miss as well as several other Bama players being hot from 3.

It boiled down to execution and performance under pressure on the big stage. One team turned it on while the other underperformed at the charity stripe and had a scoring drought resulting in a 20-2 run that allowed the other team to find their groove.
