Football Coaching Staff Changes.

When you look at our current staff, you’ve got to be impressed. I know there are questions about Grisham, CJ, Richardson but the remainder of the staff is pretty solid.

Riley and Luke on offense are strong. Wes has converted me over. Eason, Rumph and Reid are strong. Bringing Levon in to help with LBs is a great move. Even Conn has developed into a strong coach.

Buckle up all! Next year should be exciting. Not really focusing on the bowl with so many guys missing but expect us to win.

The guys missing is what makes the bowl interesting to me...gonna be fun to see which of the youngsters step up.

And, everyone who is healthy can play, since bowls don't count against a redshirt.

You think Grish, CJ and Richardson are not solid? If so, based on what data?

IMO

CJ had a rough patch on the recruiting trail but has a 5* in the 25 class. Has done an excellent job developing players including the guys who were not highly recruited.

Richardson - Has recruited and develop a good level of talent. Seems to have an edge about him which there has not been a lot of on the offensive side of the ball.

Grish - His early years as position coach has looked a lot like that of Jeff Scott. His group has seen an extraordinary level of injuries plus 2-3 highly ranked guys who have simply not lived up to their ranking. Has two highly rated guys in the 24 class and the injury bug cant last forever so we should (read need to) see improvement from this position group.

Davidson is a 4* on all the services but he likely will get to 5* on some before he hits campus.

CJ has done well just needs to be better in recruiting but if you have to ask why the other 2 are not solid then you haven't been paying attention at all.
