How should I approach this...(not football related)

I had a new stove and dishwasher delivered on Thursday. The delivery guy decided to cut through my front yard! Needless to say, with all the rain he got the truck stuck! My yard is all messed up now. Not to mention, the install was half @ssed. Home Depot is is dragging their feet, even getting some to come fix the install! If anyone knows how to handle this, let me know. I've talked to a manger at my local store, emailed pictures also. Thanks for any help guys.

Give me your tickets to the game and you stay home and fix the yard. Hey, it's a nice day. Get HD to do the install correctly. The last thing you need to do is give another lawyer any money.

AND the yard from the store you purchased the appliances then start going up the ladder. You paid your money and things need to be made right. Good luck and stay persistent.

You forgot to mention that the delivery man was a first day on the job shamecock. Call home depot and tell them to send him back to wal-mart.

did you tell the driver it was OK to drive where he did or did he just pull in? Seeing that it was wet he should have walked up to your door and asked you the best place to back in.

If you paid with a credit card call the bank that issued your card and tell them you want to chargeback the transaction. Once Home Depot knows they had your payment reversed they will do what right. Only complete payment when they fix your yard and finish the install to your expectations.

Tell Home Depot to come p/u everything and get your monies back. Its not too late to get out of that deal. Then go to Lowes and give them your business and you will be more satisfied. Home Depot sucks.
Go Tigers..............

Don't be a Southern Gentleman! Channel your inner yankee! everybody has a boss! Find the home depot corporate offices and find the people in charge at corporate for your area. Once you have the names google for their twitter and emails and send them firm, factual, and frank messages about your displeasure including how you tried to resolve this at local level and were ignored. Don't hesitate to copy the local manager on your corporate messages to let him know you are going over his head. Had to do similar things with Best Buy and Staples in the past and always got results with this strategy.
