And if this holds true, it's an our for the entire conference. If the revenue promised, didn't come to fruition for FSU, wouldn't that be for us all.

If FSU finds a way out of it and regains their rights then it would nullify the entire agreement because ESPN would tear it up under breach of contract. The rest of the conference also signed it based on FSU's revenue generation. The entire agreement from media to the schools would end up not worth the money it's written on.
