funny USuC story from mardi gras...still laughing

I was in Mardi Gras as a member of the TL Hanna Band (we won first place in the Rex Parade!), and this happened:

I went to the flea market near the French Corner in New Orleans today, and some guy had a tent set up with a bunch of caps with flashing logos on them. My friend who is a Tennesee fan (who still argues with me over the Peach Bowl), was with me and was dressed in a Tennesee hat and was wearing Tenesee beads. The man stopped him and said," Hey, have a look at this." And he pulled out a black hat with a flashing "T" on it.

My friend wanted to buy it but decided not to. So the guy rounded on me, but then said (I was wearing clemson stuff), " Sorry, I don't have one for Clemson." I half-jokingly told him that the Gamecock one he had on display should be taken down cuz they suck anyway.

He then told me," Well, believe it or not, those have been selling really well so far." My Tennesee friend laughed, and said," See, teh SEC is better!" The man selling the hats then said," But to tell you the truth, the majority of people who have been buying them are gay guys, who want them because it has ##### flashing on the front of the hat."

Im still laughing about this, and even my Tennessee friend could not quit laughing about it.
