I think UGA wins but they don't put up 44...FSU's defense was legit this year. CFP and NCAA screwed them...this is the new light with transfer rules.

That defensive line would be all over Beck probably more than Bama.. and Travis with those receivers would had easily topped 20.. I’d say Georgia 30-24

The committee screw them then they screwed themselves. The team could have faced the adversity like men by showing up to prove the committee wrong. Instead they showed their true character by cutting and running. It started with the Administration and coaches who did nothing but whine instead of circling the wagons which validated the players choices.

Maybe the FSU fans will shut up now about how they deserved to be in the CFP! They had a chance to prove they belonged there, but got blown out by 60!!

This why the game would have to be played to know.
The FSU remnants that showed up in Miami already had quit in them before the game started. At least they practiced and made the trip.

Defense played for a few drives but 14-0 and their offense took their best shot and got 3.. I believe that did it for the defense and they gave up

2nd sting vs 2nd sting are not the judgment of a team. If that was the case TCU would have been no where near the playoffs and our Tigers would have never won an NC.

Even toward the end off year - Bama, GT, Missouri - injuries and opt outs had an enormous impact on this game. It doesn’t somehow make UGA better than they were this season. There was no dominant team this year.

Don’t forget this was the F St team that beat LSU. This was the dawg team that struggled in a lot of their first games. Did the dirtpeckers lead by like two touchdowns at half?
Would the dawgs be favored? Absolutely, but it would not be a 44-14 outcome. Imo

I disagree 100%.
Jordan Travis being a huge difference maker. Keon Coleman and Wilson are hard to guard; especially with the style of defense Georgia likes to play.
If that front line can't affect Travis to the point he can still set his feet; either in the pocket or on the run(good at both). FSU in my opinion not only doesn't get blown out; I think they beat Georgia.
Georgia's offense was good; not great! Against a fully loaded FSU; I don't see them winning this game. At all.

Nope. 31-17 Dawgs. This would have been a terrible matchup for the Noles with the 1’s playing. The Dawgs run the ball and FSU struggled against the run.
Hence why this played into Bama’s hands as will Michigan.

I think FSU at full strength is about as good a Kentucky, maybe a touch better. We should have beaten FSU.

Totally agree. Clemson basically beat FSU, if it wasn’t for missing a very makeable field goal, we win that game; and Clemson was not a great team this year.

Way back before the season started, one of the FSU players predicted success because they had the right "culture". Well, I kept thinking back to this statement during and after yesterday's whooping. They may have gone out and put together a good roster, but if the culture was right, more players would have stayed to take on Georgia under the "FSU Team Banner".
Everybody talks about how important the portal is. To some extent, I do believe it is important. But FSU had to heavily use the portal to get over poor recruiting and jump start their talent level. Well, now you see what happens when adversity strikes. It becomes all about "me" and so many took their hurt little feelings and bolted.
