Get used to it

Coach Swinney runs an upbeat successful program that coaches, fans, players and recruits love. Morris will be the first of several Clemson assistants that go on to head coaching jobs. Other schools want to emulate what we do. Go Tigers!

Unfortunately, BV will be next... But hopefully he'll be around for a few more years.

BV will be hired as a head coach

somewhere and soon. If not this year, then next. I really don't think he has the temperament to be the HC, but he's very smart, and may be able to move into the next phase of his career. He's one of the best at defense, for sure.

Clearly you haven't been taking notes. Chad Morris can't coach , nobody wants him ...he can't recruit , can't develop or adjust a gameplan , can't get players motivated , can't make popcorn without burning it and may or may not be a communist.

I think we give BV a head coach salary and keep him

I just don't think he wants to be a head coach. I think he is a great DC and he has seen what happened to Muschamp, with whom he is quite familiar. If BV and/or CM leave, they should learn from Dabo about taking a pay cut yourself to hire better assistants.

Exactly...This is a sign of the growth of our program under Swinney...
Meanwhile, down in Columbia...SC is becoming known as the place where coaching careers come to die.

If Sack loses tomorrow, does he hit the golf course and Sack Jr takes over?

I hardly ever post because I believe our board is crap but I have to agree with the initial post, coordinators come and go, get use to it! If you're coordinators aren't sought after, you have the wrong ones. Chad Morris will be missed!!! If you think differently , you haven't looked at the offense stats. If you want Dabo gone, you're absurd! I have total faith that Dabo has a plan and it has CU football in its best interest.

Haven't you heard man?! We're having a horrible season!

The fact we may just make the BCS for the 2nd year in a row in spite of losing our best QB and our best RB, and having a freshmen being leaders at QB, RB, and WR, that sucks man! Who wants to emulate that??

This page is pure gold! Be a good sport!
My favorite part of this thread is the word "emulate," & my second favorite is the one that talks about Columbia being the in vogue spot for careers to die. Of course Spurrier is going to retire after his run at Carolina. The man's 69 years old! Everyone knows that?!
... but back to emulation, sacks & dreaming big. Go on...
