Getting out of hand over one season

Last 2 years haven’t been epic like 2016-2021 but still great by any standard. This year sucks but my goodness give them a chance to fix it. The inside hiring experiment hasn’t worked and hopefully they do something about it. If they don’t, that is when everyone should start losing their ****. Until then, finish out this season strong with some class. That goes for 98.5%, 1.5%, mega millionaire coaches, and everyone in between.

I’ve changed my mind after Dabo’s beatdown on Tylah. 13 teams won 11 games or more last year and we were in the group. You can’t be in the top 4 EVERY year. Generational players eventually leave and every 5 star isn’t one. It’s cyclical except maybe for Bama under Saban and he needs a lot of top 10 losses to get in this year. Their QB drop off is like ours but they’re way more talented at the other positions. We’re having way worse than a down year but he’s deserved the chance or chances to fix it. Position coaching is important but talent is more important. Bama still has Kevin Steele and shut Tenn down in 2nd half.

Except for the fact that almost every college football program in the country would gladly pay $11.5 million to win 11 games and a conference championship in a season no matter how ugly the wins might have been.

The only schools who didn't want to trade places with Clemson in '21 and '22 were the ones in the playoff.

The fact that fans are trying to justify their temper tantrums over this 4-4 season by claiming that the last 2 10+ win seasons were terrible is embarrassing.

This season is terrible, but it's the only terrible season since 2010.

It's possible some people saw this season coming with how Clemson struggled in some wins the last 2 seasons.

Neither of those things mean that the last 2 seasons were terrible seasons.

If you could just pick the position coaches that guaranteed 10 wins a year everybody would be doing it. We're not a program that's suppose to be wondering if we'll make a bowl and Dabo understands that. He's right bout Tony Elliot never calling a play and winning two Nattys at Clemson.
