is gonna start going up again soon. Looked at my portfolio dis mawn - that was a bad idea as a start to my week after a depressing Clemson loss on Saturday...

Seriously a lot depends on risk tolerance and time horizon.

After selling property in 2022, I have “laddered” CDs that will bring in about 4.75% in ‘23 and likely over 5.00% in ‘24 _ risk free given today’s (and likely near future) interest rates. May have to rethink this in ‘25.

Pretty much maintaining risk positions on equities and bonds. But I am not looking for cashing out anytime soon _ nor looking for home runs.

news from major corporations and bad outlook going forward, high oil and gas prices.

The only thing that will start to drive up stocks is a win by DJT.
