I read everywhere the GOR is air tight but there has to be some sort of Good Faith Clause in the contract that the ACC must act for the best interest of all ACC members. Negotiating with two teams 3000 miles away at the behest of a part time member, that Swofford inexplicably gave voting rights, is the exact opposite. The little value they bring will be offset by the extra costs and travel. Does anybody that knows the law more than me have an idea if this may be a way out.
