Amazing how many Coot Jerk Fans are praising a Man who quit

in mid stream..and really never was "for" USC, as DaBO is for CLEMSON imho. HE was all about himself, his record, his ego, his being able to be close to Augusta to play free golf on the wallet of Coot givers, etc.
He was all too often a jerk, throwing players under the bus in public or on his show, negative, playing word/mind games with a younger & energetic coach in DaBO, always never able to say the word Clemson but using that phrase of "that Up State Team".
Well, last year when that little "Up State Team" beat his fanny he finally said the word CLEMSON..and realized this year that he would have to say it again when the #1 TiGER Team came to WillieB on Nov. 28..a date he sarcastically stated that all should circle.
So glad that he left as a failure, with a sorry team & a sorry record..and was not around to pop off his mouth.
GoTiGERS..keep ROCKing Em, and Congrats for getting win #25 over them in the long rivalry.
Next~

Calm down boys just making the point that spurrier is a better coach that could have taken advantage of our mistakes. I'm a tiger through and through I have the degre to prove it.

Spurrier doesn't coach defense which couldn't stop DW4. So you can play that game and I will play the well if we didn't turn the ball over we would have won by 28. I got a what if for ya, what if you don't try and act like a Tiger fan. No true Tiger fan believes that nor would they write that on a CLEMSON TIGER MESSAGE BOARD. smdh

Apparently you missed the games he was still head coach

His team had quit on him and he had quit on his team. If Steve spurrier is the coach of that game we win by 20+ even with all the turnovers and playing our worst game of the year. Anyone who actually watched the game knows it wasn't nearly as close as the scoreboard showed especially with the garbage time touchdown at the end against prevent defense and out of position players. The fact of the matter is we played about as poorly as we could have outside of the QB play and they played the best they possibly could and they still couldn't beat us. That's nothing but an enormous gap in talent and coaching. Without the fumbles we have a 20+ point lead at half and could essentially name the score. All the fumbles really hurt us but artavis Scott's fumble in our redzone was by far the worst and it gave them a cheap score to allow them to stay in a game they otherwise weren't in.

Freshman. He might have been able to win the Citadel game but he quit because he knew he was going to lose the rest.

South Carolina only really had a chance to begin with because they lost to The Citadel. No matter how many of our players gave the PC answer on how serious they were taking the South Carolina game, there is no way they weren't looking ahead to North Carolina with South Carolina coming into the game with a 3-8 record after just losing to The Citadel. Clemson basically looked at South Carolina as if they were App State and South Carolina played the game as if it were the Super Bowl. South Carolina still needed a touchdown with 1 second left just to cut the lead to 12.

would have been much different. Clemson wins by 2 TD's at least. Carolina was so jacked up in that game because of the current coaching situation. Had spurrier been HC coots most likely are not as motivated or played like they had nothing to lose. Spurrier would have had a different game plan too.
So you post in MHO is dead wrong!!!
