Had a friend who vacationed there with his family. All big Clemson fans and loud and proud.They were never heard from again. Trust me, I'm a tnetter. Don't go to Alabama.

I have a couple friends who have been there over the past few summers. One lady friend of mine is on a budget and loved it. She spent all of her time on the Adriatic. She liked the people, smoked a bunch of weed and worked at some hotel to help pay for her trip. She loved the seafood and healthy food. My other buddy who went, who money is no object for went hiking inland there and thought it was amazingly beautiful with friendly people and just decent food. He liked it. I asked if he would go again and he said it was nice but a 1 time deal. I would like the check it out myself though and hang out on the Adriatic. Looks beautiful.

I have been there twice with the USAF, the 2nd time I spent about 35 days in Tirana.

This was 20 years ago and at that time it was the poorest country in Europe. Things may have changed!

My personal opinion is anytime a red blooded male gets the chance to go to a European country that ends in the letters “IA” they should take the trip…..there is something in the water in IA countries!!
