As a Millennial bordering Gen Z, I do agree most kids these days, especially ones younger than me can't regulate themselves or hold themselves accountable. I see it all the time in the work force. Heck I was one of them for a short period of time before I had to check myself BY MYSELF in my early 20's. The Internet has given people too many false voices to hear and lack of critical thinking or self-reflection or proper guidance. DeAndre McDaniels is absolutely correct in every facet of this post. Vent on social media if you need to but handle your business as a man/woman face to face before hand or you potentially could make yourself look like a fool.

Well that’s my thoughts exactly. I supervise this generation and to put it mildly they are horrible. Little work ethic and always have their hand out. The guys I came up under would not make it in today’s world of HR. Different times but we as parents allowed all this nonsense.
I will say, there could be a diamond to be found in this generation but they are rare.
