The evidence and finding by detectives, a former judge, an AG and an NFL investigation, all came to the same conclusion about WHAT happened based on circumstantial evidence, not what the punishment should be or if criminal. Thanks Tigers44 because what we should all for is that Deshaun can get help and get better. To think or say that Deshaun was not wrong is a sad way to look at life and a horrible way to be any example to anyone other than deviants. I hope he gets help, he will always our hero at Clemson but Deshaun is not who we thought he was and that is sad.

I'm not dying anywhere. DW has been accused of committing crimes. 2 grand juries investigated and found insufficient evidence to indict, much less convict. After that, the NFL had another independent body to investigate DW again, and they decided he was guilty after all. So, 3 investigations by 3 independent bodies, two by the federal government and one by the NFL; two effectively say he did nothing as far as they could determine, and one said he did.
I think it's possible that he did behave illegally or immorally. I don't think it's been satisfactorily determined that he did, even though the NFL disagrees.

So DW is the only person to ever say oopsie, the towel slipped? It may have been on a much grander scale but I'm willing to wager, at some point 50%+ of all men did some kind of solicitation in their lives. It may not have been as blatant, didn't have money involved, and alcohol may have been involved, but what started as one thing ended with more. Solicit means to seek something.
If it was criminal solicitation, then where are the charges and the subsequent arrest? Two Grand Jury's said there was not enough evidence to charge him. This has tarnished and scarred him forever. I guess it's just because it's a Tiger player for you AFDawg. Where is the rage toward Robert Kraft who got nothing comparable and was caught directly paying for putting something in the cookie jar. Move on!
Family stays out of TNet for me but they wouldnt be in that situation.

You brush by the "money involved" part of this like it's irrelevant. Making a pass at a woman in a bar is one thing, hiring her for a massage then offering her money to a sexual act if far different. I think deep down you know that. I suspect if someone did that to a woman important to you, you wouldn't like it much.
He wasn't charged because there wasn't evidence sufficient to convict him. It was he said / she said (x20). Probably never convict him but that doesn't mean it didn't happen. Even if he can't be convicted, it's a level of stupid that is astonishing and it's going to cost his reputation and millions.
If you think this is no big deal, try it for youself. Hire someone to clean your house, paint a room in your house, or babysit a kid then offer her money for sex. Since "everybody does it," expand that to the gal taking your order at Starbucks or the lady working the paint counter at The Home Depot. Make sure your employer knows about it. You can conduct an analysis to see if they are more comfortable with it than the NFL.
Finally, my position on this isn't determined by where DW played college ball. This is very different than you and many others here, who twist themselves into pretzles defending this guy BECAUSE he played at Clemson. You have this delusion that if he's guilty of this it somehow says something about you personally or Clemson as an institution. Relax, it doesn't. If this were a former UGA player you'd be ranting about how it's evidence of institutional corruption.

You contradict your argument. Watson would have been indicted if those with prosecutorial power found evidence of a crime. However, as your post illustrated, he was investigated by all those bodies and has yet to have any criminal indictments.
Trust is not with Watson or the accusers, it is with those that could have charged him but chose not to based on the evidence.
Now, offer contrary evidence, or just sit the f down and shut the f up. Rookie.

“It’s unclear how the session ended”. That is a very important question to get answered. Here are a few more questions.
Did she walk out of the message session if she was so uncomfortable? Did she go to the police to report the incident? Watson’s attorney will have a field day with her in court.
The NFL is forcing Watson into therapy. Her reason not to settle has been taken care of. I do not envision Buzbee agreeing to represent her much longer. DW4 will serve his suspension, pay his fine, go to therapy, behave off the field and move on.
As for the womanizing NFL owners, players, and staff, you had better watch your back. I fully suspect the NFL code of conduct to be upgraded real soon.

I’m not trying to be a harda$$ about this situation and I am a woman but my lort WHY would you stay in the room with him if you felt that uncomfortable?? I’m sure you could escape before the naked man could jump up and cover up and try to stop you. Girlfriend sounds wimpy to me. If this was a young girl I would be more understanding of the naivety but this was a woman with 11 years experience with naked men in a room massaging all over their body. This is not the type of business you need to be in if you aren’t tough. Just the thought of being in a room alone with a man you don’t know with your hands all over him is a little creepy to begin with. If you don’t have thick skin and a little attitude it is not the job for you.
I’m not defending Deshaun because apparently that is one horny cat but these women are naive if this really surprises them.

As a lady, I Agree 100%! If she was that uncomfortable, why didn’t she leave. A lady with 11 years of experience should understand a bad situation when she’s in on. The moment he refused a towel, she should have refused his service. The entire story is odd to me. Combined with the fact she bragged about massaging Watson? All I know is two judges looked at this case and all the info and decided not to prosecute. Those judges are a lot smarter than I am and if they didn’t see enough evidence to press charges, I don’t see why we all should crucify the man. He put himself in some bad situations and will pay for it the rest of his life. No need to kick the man while he’s down. I will say it is odd that we never heard one story like this while he was at Clemson. It seems if someone had an issue like this, surely we would have heard about it. Timing of it all is very suspect.

That doesn’t proofread her own story. Calling the same person Baxley and Bailey makes the whole story a little suspect.
As for the masseuse, if you feel uncomfortable, leave… plain and simple.
If Deshaun has an issue with masseuses, I hope he has some self-reflection and changes his behavior.
But the real question that I’d like answered is if Deshaun has had issues with AT LEAST 24 masseuses, why did all this ONLY become an issue when he criticized and embarrassed the Texans’ owner … who happens to live right down the street from the attorney that assembled this group of women in the lawsuit?

Let me help you with this…they knew that he like to have sex with lots of women…they were complicit in it and even encouraged it as long as he was making remarkable plays on the field for them…they sensed he was getting “too big for his britches” … they were already having issues with DHop and he eventually left…the narrative then became they were basically racist…then DW did get too big for his britches and wanted say so in owner/franchise decisions…they didn’t like that and basically did what they wanted…then he really did get too big for his britches and forced their hand … and well they are white billionaires from Texas…the rest is history!!!
Deshaun overplayed his hand, especially if you know what you’ve been doing (I think the women who filed suit are ready but still…he is Wilt.2) … he hit too big for his britches and really really really rich white men don’t like that from anyone…period!!!
Now he is paying for his “horrendous” choices and decisions but he is what not people are making him out to be…he just likes sec from multiple women and try’s to get it without violence or demanding it…nothing more…nothing less!!!
