Super nice guy but they are top five in recruiting ever year. This wonderful class we are building, they have one every single year. Yet they don't win 10 games very often.

Recruiting is the backbone of college football. However those recruits have to pan out on a college level. That doesn't always happen. Some of the 4 and 5 star guys flop in college and some of the 2 and 3 star guys end up being 1st round draft picks. Georgia gets great talent but lately some of their guys just haven't turned out to be as great as they could have been. Crowell just for example. I think Georgia is just confident in him.

He has finished below 10 wins only 4 times since he's been there. 4 SECCG appearances and 2 conference titles. Not to mention UGA isn't the only school that recruits well in the SEC.

He's also won 5 division and 2 conference titles and won 2 BCS bowl games. What is he possibly getting a pass from?
