Good article. SC has exactly 4 seasons in it's entire history that beating Clemson wasn't the biggest accomplishment they could have (or more often hope for).
1933 Southern Conference Champion 1969 ACC Championship 1995 Carquest Bowl West Virginia 1st Bowl win in history 2010 SEC East Championship and winn over #1 Alabama

I had never heard of that, but Wikipedia had this for SC:

Oh, just read that it was shared with Duke but it is not rcognized by either shool or the Southern Conference. Make that 3 seasons.

the cooties first bowl win came in a now defunct bowl that was a 4th tier bowl. The coots only won the 1969 ACC Championship because all the other teams in a much smaller ACC all had losing records. They did beat Bama, but Bama ended up having the better season. They did win the SEC Least but then took the worst butt whooping in SEC Championship game history.

I could see myself asking a coot what his programs has accomplished that was greater than beating Clemson. It would probably be a very short list.

I remember when he arrived he told them to take down the "Beat Clemson" signs in the locker rooms and said that wasn't a big deal. They were more interested in SEC championships. I guess that has changed.

I don't know exactly what qualk is, a journalist, radio host and or Clemson employee but if he is going to represent our university he should not be allowed to tweet 'su&8 it spurrier" and still be allowed to be employed by Clemson. I would also feel the same about anyone who is employed by any other university.

How that guy has a job in radio blows my mind. As Clemson fans we deserve so much better than this hack for a radio side kick. How easy is it to deconstruct the sad man SOS is, but this shoddily constructed blog reads like a 3rd grade book report
