Concessions tonight in downtown Houston for Jack Harlow, Latto, Paul Russell and 2 Chainz. For my kids not my type music. Free though because of Championship being here Monday. Tomorrow night though Jon Pardi, Jake Owen and Megan Meroney. Go Huskies!!

Clemsonohiotigeer, I assure you that I'm not a chef. I've always enjoyed trying gourmet cooking with my friends over the years, and my husband has always been an avid fan. Most of the time, it's just Southern cooking. Thank you for the compliment, though.

So we are celebrating with the fatted calf (filet mignon) roasted potatoes and garlic bread. Might have been a round of martinis beforehand. Go Tigers!!

Homemade potato soup topped with chives, sour cream, cheddar cheese and freshly prepared bacon bits . . . had to have a garlic butter adorned grilled cheese and a few sweet gherkin midgets too!!!

Tell me about air fry wings. Can you marinate with teriyaki and not worry about the marinade burning? Do they crisp up with or without batter? I know they cant be same quality as slow charcoal smoked but how do you rate them? Can you only fry naked wings to make them crispy? How long do they take? Can you air fry the pre-flavored frozen wings in bulk bags?

Trying to decide if I could be happy with air fryer? I cook on the grill 3-6 times a week, but I hate smell of fried stuff in house, cook it on grill burner if fry but prefer the flavor grill too. But there are times, it would be awesome to throw 8 wings on air fryer to eat so I didn't crank up grill.
