After working a Halloween carnival at MfOjr 's school, I had a hamburger and chips. Chased it down with an Ice cold Diet Pepsi!!

several years ago that had an “Arkansas Black” Apple Tree . . . It bore beautifully dark colored apples that were extremely dense and deliciously tart . . . They made THE BEST apple pies I’ve ever baked!!!

Those friends have died . . . and I have no clue if their tree has survived . . . If you ever get the chance to try them . . . please do, but Only Use them for baking!!!

I had the Almond Crusted Chicken with fries and macaroni and cheese at the Lighthouse this evening. We then went for ice cream at scoops where I had a single scoop of moose tracks. It was some good eating tonight.

Took it easy to get ready for tomorrow. Nice big salad with fixins' including bacon, ham and turkey. Washed it down with sweet tea.
