My wife is doing her best to minimize meat in our diet. There was a time when I would have said that’s crazy talk, but the combination my wanting to keep weight off and her fantastic cooking, is slowly converting me.
Don’t get me wrong, sometimes I want a steak, or ribs or pulled pork or fried chicken, or burger, or Philly cheese, or pepperoni pizza, or…. (This post kinda got away from me.)
Bon Appetite Tiger net.

If you want to lose weight, cut down on the carbs. Meat has no or just a trace of carbs. So, fire up the grill and cook a steak. Meat is Not making you fat.
Cut out sugar, potatoes, white bread and white rice. You will lower blood glucose levels and lose weight. Carbs are what your body turns into sugars and fat. Also, eat high fiber foods. You can Google it. But meat is the least of your worries. Pizza on the other hand is made from wheat flour. It’s full of carbs. Go whole wheat and whole grains instead.

Will likely mix a can of Campbell's tomato bisque with a can of Progresso garden veggie soup and a 5.5 oz can of V8 veggie juice.
