Broke out the old Bunsen Burner and boiled a couple of eggs. Reached into the mini fridge for someme Tuna and mayo and made a Tuna fish sandwich. Chasing that down with some Hi-C!!

I don't eat like most. I am at a point in life where I can eat (and afford) any ###### thing I please.
I like beans and potatoes and corn. I like the cornbread I make and stock up on any fruit I find at the market.

Eating leftover tortellini soup my wife made Friday, topped with a chunk of Ingles cornbread ($2.50 from the bakery/deli) - since wifey is a Michigan girl and doesn’t do cornbread ( or grits). Sigh!
But life is good! Leftovers taste JUST FINE since our Tigers beat Notre Dame!
Wish our ladies had won the ACC Championship today, but, oh well.

Made some jelly out of grape Kool-Aid and Sur-Gel and serving it up on canned biscuits. It's a tad runny but the dry biscuits are sopping it up. Powdered eggs and instant grits. Fried up some SPAM to top it off!
Lovin' me some breakfast for supper. Just like Cliff Ellis...we don't eat beans at The Mole house!
