Holding is called when a player at any position on offense holds a defender and impedes them from moving. While “holding” of the jersey is generally tolerated along the inside of a player's pads along the offensive and defensive lines, anything at or outside of the shoulders is likely to be flagged.
At or outside of the shoulders is holding. That is happening.

Generally I agree. However, the reason we got the face mask penalty was a brutal hold by the LT. If he’s not literally dragging Murphy backwards by his shoulder pads and one arm, he easily tackles the QB with two hands and there’s no face mask involved. Should have been offsetting.

Here is the definition:
Use his hands or arms to materially restrict an opponent or alter the defender’s path or angle of pursuit. It is a foul regardless of whether the blocker’s hands are inside or outside the frame of the defender’s body. Material restrictions include but are not limited to:
grabbing or tackling an opponent;
hooking, jerking, twisting, or turning him; or
pulling him to the ground.
