Why is that? Why would the mainstream media NOT amplify that message?
Instead, all I’ve seen is a single blurb on “Business Insider” about this and a few other low profile sites with the basic headline,
“Trump supporters boo him for promoting vaccine.”
Why is this reported this way? Should not the headline be,
“Trump strongly encourages supporters in Alabama to get the vaccine. Says that’s the decision he and his family made.”
Would the latter not resonate further with unvaccinated Americans??

Thanks, but the only mainstream media stories about this center around his supporters booing him, not the message.
The only link you provided that doesn’t do that is from last March.
You find it funny? Try going on NBCnews.com and CNN. Try to find this story(it’s in there somewhere I’m sure, but nowhere obvious). Newsweek? A defunct mag that is now merely a low profile website.
You’ve heard about this from me and had to do a reverse lookup to find it online, and when you did it validated the overarching point here.
Why does the media not focus on Trump’s message as the headline?

The irony of people that used to have an incredible amount of skepticism and distrust for the government now believe whatever the government tells them as well as the media.
It’s like successful conservatives of color or women or homosexuals or immigrants they have to get shut down they have to get silenced because it destroys the narrative from the left that they are victims and that they cannot achieve without the white man helping them about the Democrats saving them from the evil white Christian conservatives in the Republican party!
We could’ve had a female president or a real black president a long time ago but every time a woman or a black runs for president as a Republican they get absolutely destroyed by the media and by the Democrats. Why is that? Didn’t Hillary Clinton say you should vote for a woman no matter which party she represents?
Look at what they did to Clarence Thomas. That’s what turned Andrew Breitbart from the left to the right. He saw how Clarence Thomas was treated when he had been told all his life to champion black people. When he had watched the Democrats champion black people his entire life then to do what they did to Clarence Thomas opened his eyes.
I learned a long time ago anything the government or Democrats or Hollywood or the media tells me is probably a lie or at best propaganda wrapped around some tiny kernel of truth. I have learned whenever they tell me something or point in one direction I should probably run as fast as possible in the opposite direction. And so far I have never been proven wrong. History repeatedly proves me correct.

Trump derangement syndrome
Let’s be honest, nearly everything that has been said about Trump over the last five or six years is a lie. He is not a racist, he does not support white supremacy, he never said white supremacists were good people in Charlottesville, he never ever said anything to incite violence on January 6, I mean it’s astounding that people make these things up because all you have to do is watch the videos or read his tweets. Yes he is bombastic yes he can be over the top yes he lies but as Scott Adams has pointed out Trump’s lies are directional, meaning there is a lot of truth in what the media calls a lie. The media will say he lied because of a technicality. For example, Trump used the term wire tapping because that is basically what the average person thinks surveillance is. But the media said he lied because there is no wire tapping but they know better. He was in fact under surveillance.
But the irony is MS NBC and CNN and the main stream media calling trump a liar when they are the biggest liars in this country, along with the intelligence community and the American government. They all lie with impunity far worse than Trump. And the left especially the far left and Hollywood and the Democrats and the mainstream media will take some tiny kernel of truth and twisted into this huge propaganda that is incredibly deceitful and manipulative which is why it is propaganda.
We now know for a fact that the FBI instigated the Gretchen Whitmer supposed kidnapping in Michigan. The FBI just came out with the report saying there was no coordinated attack on January 6. Interesting that comes out shortly after we found they were guilty in Michigan. I’ve been saying all along what happened on January 6 was the same as Michigan. The FBI by way of agents and paid informants had a heavy hand in what happened on January 6.
Anyone that believes the mainstream media or anything that comes out of politicians mouths and especially coming from the intelligence services and large government organizations both in America and otherwise including the WHO and the UN are complete idiots. We have a long long long history of proven lies manipulations experimentations instigations propaganda and outright abuse of our constitutional rights.

I saw it on the news. He repeated it a couple times and stated that he'd received the vaccine.
He was in Alabama for a rally.

Thanks. This received more coverage than I thought with almost every outlet focused on his supporters booing and not the message.
Here are a couple of headlines they could have rolled with.
“Trump reinforces aligned view on vaccines with current president”
“As cases rise Trump/Biden on same page on encouraging vaccine”
“Politics aside. Trump and Biden agree on vaccination push”
Why not these headlines?

Because when you watch the video,
1) trump tells people to get the vaccine ... the turn from cheering to booing
2) trump hearing the boos, backtracks and tells them it's ok not to
3) trump doubles down on sitting on the fence by saying they have their freedoms
I do understand what you are saying, but you are also parsing, just like the media does, a single sentence and not looking at the overall situation. And the only reason the GOP is saying take the vaccines now is because their voter base is getting hammered by it and will have 10s of thousands less voters come 2022.

It’s the reason people thought it was a hoax from beginning and not willing to change their mind 2 years later and it’s also why the media doesn’t want to tell people Trump is pushing for the vaccine. They loved how the story of him downplaying the pandemic triggered the left and they don’t want that train to stop.
