Cade is 19 and started really 1 season at this point. Not every player is DW4 or TL16. People compare him to them or to these 5th and 6th yr QBs that are playing well. Its a little unfair to the guy.
I think Cade will be great before he leaves college football and I hope that is with the Tigers. People forget the talent that players like Boyd, KBryant, and Stout had at WR. I guaratee most fans will be happy with Cade if he finishes his career at Clemson and stays the course, gains weight, and stays engaged.

Man you are stupid. Firstly, it’s impossible to give him 5 more seasons. He will be a jr next year. He is only eligible for 2 more seasons since he didn’t red shirt. Secondly, you are an idiot.

Hes talented but his in game instincts are horrible....
Dude will have wide open field to the right and a blocker blocking a defender to the left and run straight into the blockers back lol
He makes terrible reads on rpo...
He makes the wrong throws constantly....
He floats passes when he shouldn't and throws bullets when he should float
Hes young and talented....but you rarely see qbs learn instincts.... they either have them or they don't....cade doesn't....
Its on our staff to either replace him or put him in situations to be successful and so far they haven't

Make no mistake, he’s talented, but I don’t see him being an All-American type QB. Definitely not generational.
As Obed® said, he’s Kyle Parker 2.0.

Never said he was generational, those guys start without question often in their freshman year. Look at Jaylen Hurts. He was overwhelmed as a sophmore, losing out to Tua, transferred later to Okla where he developed more, got on the Heisman list and has become a great NFL QB.
Obviously don't know if that is Cade's trajectory or not, but I think is going to make a good college QB. Gonna have to add some weight, work on the mental side of the game, get better OL/WR play and I think he has the tools. Many metioned Bo Nix, dude was a basket case at Auburn, but 5yrs older, married, more mature, he is a good QB.

Give him some generational WRs like we had a few years ago, and he'll be just fine. We are fortunate to have him.

Vertically he did some good things.... but he needs more protein and mass. Those arms are almost like spaghetti noodles. He could benefit from a Tim Tebow arm workout.

Cade will be just fine..... I am expecting great improvement on our O line and at WR with our injured players back and freshman coming in. WR is the easiest position to come in and impact as a true freshman.
I trust Dabo to make any adjustments to the program he sees necessary. Every year, they start over from scratch and look at every aspect of the program. He will do what has to be done whatever that is that has to be done.
Maybe no changes are needed.... it is crazy the bad breaks and injuries we had this year. During our playoff runs we were VERY lucky on the injury front. We will have plenty of time to discuss it on Tigernet though.....
Go Tigers !!! Lets finish 9-4. And if our bad year is 9-4 or 8-5... thats not too bad. Lots of FBS programs would kill to even have one 9-4 season.

I didn’t know he was engaged, but I agree that keeping those relationships is key to being happy and focused. I hope him and his fiancé continue being happy.
