How much of a factor is Dabo in night games

I know everybody likes to argue the merits of night/3:30/12:00 kickoff times but besides that, how much of a factor is Dabo's preference for not having night games effect us actually having them. A friend and I were just discussing it. I would think the TV powers that be would have a lot more influence over that than the HC but I'm looking for opinions.

I could well be wrong but I've always heard that TDP and Barker didn't like night games because of the traffic and the distances some fans have to travel. Again, I could be wrong !!

Fans have to travel earlier for noon games.

I guess I missed this but when did Dabo say he didnt like night games...I like night games but IMO the 3:30 games are the best

I agree. For those of us that travel, it gives you a few extra hours to get there/tailgate. The game is over around 7-7:30 and you are able to get home at a somewhat reasonable hour.

Regardless, if the game is televised, I'd say it has zero impact. I believe we're at the mercy of the networks...comes with the big paycheck.

If the game isn't televised, I'm sure a coach's opinion matters, but then that's games like Furman.
