Curious … what are your thoughts about the unexpected near term release of ‘the face of the (J6) insurrection’ Jacob Chansley (he being the ‘horns’)?
The govt press release is that this guy, who was indicted in part for bringing a deadly weapon (the portable flag pole, my God!), is being released because of ‘good behavior.’
Good behavior for an insurrectionist who brought a deadly weapon into the Capitol Building on J6 … isn’t that a bit too lenient just for good behavior while Mr. Chansley was in solitary confinement?

Jailed (solitary confinement) as a J6 insurrectionist. Exculpatory evidence had been denied to J.Chansley’s defense counsel on the basis of (speciously justified) “national security” grounds.
Shortly after Kevin McCarthy’s mistake in allowing limited release of previously unrevealed J6 video / audio footage, J.Chansley … the ‘face’ of the J6 ‘insurrectionist’ event (possessed of the deadly weapon - portable flag pole) … he gets released because of ‘good behavior.’
Apparently there are not any other J6 insurrectionist inmates who have ‘behaved well.’

-Aside from maybe one or two bad apples, I don’t think anyone was out to hurt or kill anyone that day.
-I think a ton of people were simply let into the building and behaved like tourists that day. I find this suspicious and I’ve known this happened long before the shaman footage because I saw plenty of pics and footage from those there. This has never been explained to me.
-I don’t think it was an insurrection, and it’s hyperbole to suggest our country, government, “democracy”, or the election was ever in danger.
-I do think govt informants were in the crowd and if they didn’t outright instigate things, they did far more harm than good.
-I think it was poor behavior and the worst of the demonstrators deserved what they got.
-I don’t think Trump instigated it but I think his inaction once it started was cowardly and shameful.
-I think storming the Capitol is inexcusable, and I hope it never happens again.
After saying all that, I absolutely, positively don’t think this was some example of Trump being 10 moves ahead of the deep state and laying a massive trap for everyone and setting precedents and getting people to incriminate themselves and cleaning house surreptitiously. It was a massive protest on his behalf that got out of hand for a variety of reasons and his massive ego enjoyed it too much to try and call off the dogs like a real leader would.

Most of the folks on the Hill that day were morons who got out of hand, sure. Total agreement. But there are guys going to jail for seditious conspiracy, which, as I'm sure you know, is the second-most-severe charge the US government can bring (the most serious being treason), and it carries a 20-year sentence. At least eight Oath Keepers have now gotten seditious conspiracy charges, and the leaders of the Proud Boys are being charged with that now...and I suspect they're going to lose too.
Seditious Conspiracy is a hard charge to prove, and the DOJ has lost a number of those cases in the past. They're securing convictions now. They proved the Oath Keepers had an organized plan to remove the US government by force, and the Oath Keepers' language suggested they intended to kill people in the process.
So there actually was a conspiracy - that's been proven now in multiple courts of law - that was using the riot for cover, and the transcript shows the Oath Keepers absolutely knew the riot was coming. How'd they know that?
So your assertion is that Trump knew nothing about this conspiracy?
