5 years ago I won a battle with cancer, and we believe faithful prayers of friends, family, and even those we don’t know played a major role in my healing. While that particular cancer is still undetectable, we recently discovered a new cancer in my neck and throat. While we’re hopeful for the same results, we humbly ask for your prayers again. While it’s not the best diagnosis, the surgeon believes he can remove it all, with the possibility of no radiation. We’re praying fervently that will be the case. If you feel led to do so, please join us in that prayer. Surgery is this Friday. After a few days of in-hospital recovery, I’ll post an update. Thank you in advance, and go Tigers!!!

May the healing be total and complete.And, whatever method you choose to heal him - direct, supernatural intervention or the skill, wisdom and technology of the medical profession - we will give You all the credit and honor for the healing. I also pray for my brother and his family. May You give them strength, peace and courage as they go through this healing process. Let them look to You continually for the comfort that only You can give.

Thank you. It’s unnerving for sure. But we have faith in the Healing Power of Jesus and are killing to that. I worry more about my 12 yr old and my 14 yr old more than I do about the surgery. Thank you so much for your kind words.
