This week please to be tmaling me pictures of your meat, and I'll judge who has the best looking one. I'll be grading on thickness of the cut, color, lines, and overall presentation.

First the steak, now the ketchup. McLovin just can't catch a break today. Tough crowd.

libtards at Heinz. For real, there are people that don't buy Heinz b/c of party affiliation right? IDK, I don't do the shopping but I'm glad CFA is accepting of Heinz.

Make yer own galldernit, it’s easy and tastes so much Fing better. Take you a can of maters, or you can get’em from the garden if yer a purist, and throw’em into a mason jar. Add salt, pepper, any kind of vinegar, and whatever kind of spices you want in there. Stick the boat motor(immersion blender) in there and let’er rip. Takes two minutes and will last in the fridge several weeks.
If you wanna be fancy, and you know I do sometimes, throw it in a pot and reduce it down, add some cooked bacon when it’s cooked down then boat motor the chit out of it. Tomato Bacon Jam is the stuff. It’s good on a cracker.
This PSA has been brought to you by Old Slac Farms and Beanery.

I use VERY little ketchup. Obviously I need to balance out the supply so you can eat your grossass chili dogs.

Did you get converted by some city folk during your time at Clemson?
There is no such thing as a chili dog in unyankeed South Carolina.

I grill my ribeyes on a gas Weber. As long as they are thick I get the grill up to about 450 then throw them on w some seasoning and olive oil. Once on turn down to med heat (375-425) so that they don’t turn into a grease fire. Turn 90 degrees after 2.5 min. Flip after 5 min. Turn 90 degrees at 7.5 min. Take off at 10 min. This would be for med rare on an inch thick ribeye. Gotta get that good sear first but also can’t over cook them. Profit
